Hog roast, fireworks, bonfire, live band, wine tasting and Klymaxxx nation. Is there anything else that could be more awesome? This is our official summer schedule kickoff. And its open to the Facebook group only.
The location is a private campground near the Intersection of Stone Jug Road and Benders Church Road in Biglerville, PA. The location is not that far off of US 15 North of Gettysburg, PA. More detailed maps will be released closer to the event date.
This will be our first ever two day event. Quite a few of us will arrive Friday night to begin cooking the 180lb hog. It has to slow roast for 15 hrs so it has to go on around midnight. The main party kicks off Saturday May 4th with all of the good stuff.
Its critical that you check this event often the week leading up to the event. If it rains heavily, we have to move the event back to Mt Loconte because there is a large stream that flows through the campground property and it gets too wet and soft to drive on. Ladies, leave the heels at home for this one, you are just as sexy without them.
We are asking for $10 per person to cover the live band, food, camp ground rental and utilities for the weekend. The hog, buns and B-B-Que sauce as well as the live band are for the Sat night May 4th time frame only. There are 4 RV hookups available. These are being reserved on a first come first come basis. This event will be capped at 150 attendees.
Bring your favorite bottle of wine Sat night to share. This is a BYOB event.
