All procedes will benefit the Klymaxxx Angel Fund. The angel fund is a 100% Klymaxxx operated charity. Members helping members. The fund has assisted at least 20 members in times of need and hardship. The fund has covered a car payment for a family whos only car was being repoed. A gift card to a grocery store for a family who could not afford a meal due to unforseen medical expenses. A family who could not afford to heat their home one month in the middle of a cruel and unrelenting winter. These are the kind of situations the fund covers. All distributions are approved by majority vote of the managers after a comphehensive review is done of the events which led to the request. Requests are not approved when it appears that financial mismanagement was a contributing factor.
This is a formal black tie event. Dress code enforced.
Ladies: Ball gowns must be knee length or longer.
Men: Jacket and tie minumim acceptable attire.
Dinner will be served. Charity silent auction. Entertainment. Red Carpet Pics... Pre party and post party. Cash bar.
